For individuals

Turn what you can do into what you're paid for

Years on the tools and no paperwork. A qualification from overseas nobody here recognises. We find the shortest credible path forward.

The short answer

If you have years of hands-on experience but no formal qualification, Recognition of Prior Learning is usually the fastest legitimate route — your skills are assessed against a nationally recognised qualification and you only train in the gaps. Candidates are never charged a placement fee.

Four steps, and the second one is the long one

Assessment is rarely the slow part — gathering evidence is.

  • A skills conversation about what you've done
  • Evidence mapped against the qualification's units
  • Assessment by a qualified assessor at a partner RTO
  • Gap training only for what your evidence doesn't cover

Common questions

Questions we get asked most

I have experience but no certificate. Can that help me?

Often yes. Recognition of Prior Learning assesses what you can already do against a qualification's requirements. If your evidence covers the units, you don't repeat the training.

Do you find people jobs?

We recruit for employer clients, so the roles are real vacancies. We can't guarantee employment, and we never charge candidates.

Do I have to pay to talk to you?

No. Where a service has a cost, you're told what it is and who charges it before you commit.

What if I'm already working full time?

Most people we help are. Workplace-based training and RPL are built around that.
