Workforce solutions

Capable people, verified, placed to stay

A vacancy filled by someone who leaves in four months isn't a placement.

The short answer

Permanent recruitment, labour hire and project workforce across Brisbane and regional Queensland. We verify qualifications and licences against issuing bodies rather than accepting copies, and where the strongest candidate is missing a credential we close the gap through training or RPL. Candidates are never charged.

Retention is included, not extra

Placement is the easy half. These decide whether the person is still there in two years.

  • Structured onboarding through the first 90 days
  • Settlement support for relocating families
  • Skills-gap closure instead of losing the best candidate
  • Post-placement check-ins with both sides

Scoping the arrangement

Labour hire is regulated differently to permanent placement and workforce consulting, and requirements depend on the state and the arrangement. We confirm the arrangement, the responsible entity and the applicable obligations in writing at the start of every engagement.

Common questions

Workforce FAQs

What's the difference between permanent recruitment and labour hire?

In permanent recruitment we place a candidate employed directly by you. In labour hire the worker is supplied to work in your business under a different arrangement. We scope which applies before an engagement starts.

How do you verify qualifications?

We check certificates, licences and tickets against issuing bodies and registers, and we check currency dates — before shortlisting, not after.

Do you recruit outside Brisbane?

Yes. Regional and hard-to-fill recruitment is a significant part of our work.

Do you charge candidates?

Never. Recruitment fees are paid by the employer.
